Product Overview

The 63W LED Area Light is part of Konlite’s Atria architectural lighting series, designed to deliver a clean, modern appearance with reliable outdoor performance. As part of the Atria family, this design helps create a consistent architectural look across area lighting, post top lighting, canopy lighting, and bollard lighting applications.

Engineered for commercial and public outdoor spaces, the 63W Atria Area Light combines efficient photometric performance with a compact, low-profile housing. It is ideal for pathways, parks, small parking areas, roadways, building entrances, schools, courtyards, residential communities, and other exterior environments where appearance, safety, and energy efficiency are important.

This fixture is wattage selectable, allowing three power settings: 63W, 53W, and 33W, with 63W as the default setting. It is also CCT selectable, offering 3000K, 4000K, and 5000K color temperatures, with 5000K as the default setting. The selectable design helps contractors and facility managers reduce SKU complexity while adjusting light output and color temperature in the field.

The 63W model delivers up to approximately 9,450 lumens, depending on distribution type and CCT, with efficiency up to 150 LPW in tested configurations. It can be used as a replacement for up to 250W metal halide fixtures in many applications.

This Atria Area Light is supplied with one lens only. The default lens is Type V light distribution. Please review and select the correct lens type carefully before checkout, as each lens is designed for a different lighting application.

Type V Distribution
Type V distribution produces a wide, symmetrical light pattern that spreads illumination evenly in all directions around the fixture. This makes it ideal for open-area applications such as parking lots, courtyards, parks, plazas, and general site lighting where uniform coverage is needed around the pole or mounting point.

Type II Distribution
Type II distribution creates a long, narrow light pattern that spreads mainly to the sides of the fixture. It is commonly used for narrow roadways, pathways, sidewalks, and long drive lanes where light needs to cover a linear area.

Type III Distribution
Type III distribution provides a wider forward and side-throw light pattern. It is a good choice for parking lots, roadway edges, general site lighting, and areas where the fixture is mounted near the side of the space and needs to project light outward.

Type IV Distribution
Type IV distribution produces a strong forward-throw light pattern with less light behind the fixture. It is ideal for building perimeters, wall-mounted applications, parking lot edges, and areas where light needs to be directed outward from one side.

For most open-area applications, Type V is the standard choice. For projects requiring a more directional beam pattern, Type II, Type III, or Type IV may be selected to better match the site layout. Built with a durable die-cast aluminum housing, harsh-environment-grade powder coating, tempered glass diffuser, and polycarbonate optical lens, the Atria Series is designed for long-term outdoor use. The fully sealed housing helps protect against moisture and environmental contaminants, while the fixture’s IK08 impact rating adds extra durability for demanding applications.

For electrical reliability, the fixture operates on 120–277V, includes built-in 10kV surge protection, and features a 3.3 ft UL power cord. The Atria Area Light is UL listed, DLC 6.0 Premium listed, wet-location rated, and backed by a 5-year limited warranty.

For installation flexibility, the fixture supports extrusion arm mounting for square or round poles and wall mounting, making it suitable for both new construction and retrofit projects.
