At RevolveLED, we strive to provide fast and reliable shipping for all orders. Please review our shipping policy below for important details regarding processing times, delivery estimates, and expedited shipping options.

Order Processing & Shipping Time

• Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
• Orders placed after 1 PM EST will be processed the next business day.
• Tracking information will be provided via email once the order has been shipped.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates

• We offer free shipping for most orders over $199. RevolveLED reserves the sole discretion to determine the shipping method.
• We offer standard ground shipping for most small parcel package orders and LTL trucking shipping for large quantity purchases, with estimated delivery times displayed at checkout..
• The estimated delivery time shown at checkout is based on carrier-provided estimates and is not a guaranteed delivery timeframe.
• If you require guaranteed delivery by a specific date, please contact us before placing your order to arrange expedited shipping. Additional charges will apply for guaranteed delivery services.

Expedited & Freight Shipping

• Expedited shipping is available upon request for an additional charge. Please contact us for rates and availability.
• Large or heavy orders may require freight shipping. Freight shipments will be scheduled based on the carrier’s availability, and a loading dock or liftgate may be required for delivery.

Receiving Your Order

• Please inspect all shipments upon arrival. If you notice any damages, shortages, or discrepancies, report them to us within 48 hours of delivery for assistance.
• If a shipment arrives damaged, take photos of the packaging and contents and contact our support team immediately to file a claim.

Shipping Restrictions & Exclusions

• We currently ship to commercial and residential addresses within the continental United States.
• We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
• For international shipping inquiries, please contact us for availability and shipping options.
• Exclusions: Oversized items exceeding 4ft in length and special order items are excluded from free shipping. Shipping charges added to orders for 8ft Linear Tubes and light fixtures are a length surcharge, as required by all carriers.
