All of our products come with a manufacturers warranty guaranteed against defects from the date of purchase with terms ranging from 2 to 10 years.
Once you are outside of the 90 day returns window you will need to contact the manufacturer directly for warranty support as they each have different terms and processed which we are not entitled to govern. However, if you've tried that route unsuccessfully and need someone to go to bat for you please contact us and let us interceded with the manufacturer on your behalf to resolve the situation. We strive to work only with reputable manufacturers who stand behind their product with solid quality and service. Even when their policy may not be our policy we want our customers to know we're always in your corner!
To back up manufacturer warranty terms, we guarantee you'll receive your shipment undamaged and in working order or we'll make it right! If you receive a damaged item please note the damage with the carrier (UPS/FedEx/LTL) and notify us within 7 days of delivery. We may either reship at no charge or refund depending on your circumstances at the time.
If you receive a defective item please notify us within 90 days of delivery and we will facilitate any warranty claim that needs to be made on your behalf and work quickly to resolve the situation to your satisfaction.
