How do I create an online account?
There are 2 ways to create an account.
Option 1: Click on the “Login/Signup” link on top of our website then click “Create your account” on the popup window and complete the required fields.
Option 2: During the checkout process, click on the “Login/Create account” link under “Contact information” and complete the required fields.
What if I forget my password? No problem, Go to Log-in, Click Recover Password, enter your email address and submit.
We will send you a Reset Link Email from Revolve LED.
What type of Payments do you accept?
We accept all Major Credit Cards: AMEX, Discover, Master Card and Visa. Along with Amazon Pay, Shopify Pay and PayPal

Can I call to place an order via phone?
Of course! We understand customers have internet issues or just prefer their order(s) to be handled direct. Call us at Toll Free: 877-718-0808. Only Amex, Discover, Master Card and Visa can be accepted over phone.
How do I enter a PROMO/DISCOUNT CODE for an online purchase?
At Check-out you will see the Discount Code ‘open box’ to enter code- the click Apply
How do I get a Copy / Invoice of my order?
Once logged into your account, go to order history and click on the order that you need an invoice for. On top of the order detail page, you will find “Click here to download your invoice” link.

SHIPPING:
When will my order arrive?
We do our best to ship every order accurately, safely and in a timely manner. Orders are processed during normal business hours Monday through Friday. Orders for Quick-Ship items ship same day if order is received prior to 2:00pm EST- with LTL orders shipping the following business day. Most orders are processed within 48 hours of receipt and generally arrive in 3-5 business days.
Can you ship to a PO Box?
We do not ship to PO Boxes or AP/FPO addresses. Please contact us directly to see if we can assist with a shipping solution for you: 1-877-718-0808
Has my order shipped- how do I track my order?
Once logged into your account, you will see the ship via tracking information For UPS: Click on tracking number to be directed to official UPS website. Login in to your account here.
What if I am missing an item from my shipment?
Sometimes multiple item shipments do become separated during transit- if not received please contact Customer Service at 877-718-0808 ext 105. We will be glad to assist with tracing or replacement process.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Do not throw away any damaged packaging and contact Customer Service at 877-718-0808 ext 105. We will assist with any damage claim(s) if necessary and replacements.
Do you ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or Internationally?
We do ship to Alaska and Hawaii, however these states do not qualify for free shipping. Shipping charges will be added to your order. We do not ship to Puerto Rico or Internationally at this time.

How To Request a Quote: Do you have a need for quantity items or multiple products?
On the product page of the item that you are interested in, adjust the quantity and click on “Add to Quote”. Continue to browse for your next product if you have multiple items in your project. Once done, click on “view quote” and complete all required fields and submit for quote.
